- Sản phẩm được đổi trong vòng 07 ngày kể từ ngày nhận hàng.
- Vui lòng giữ lại hóa đơn, hộp, tem giá và sản phẩm chưa qua sử dụng.
- Khách hàng vui lòng đổi sang sản phẩm có giá trị bằng hoặc cao hơn. Trường hợp cao giá hơn khách hàng vui lòng bù thêm phần chênh lệch.
- Sản phẩm đã mua sẽ không được hoàn trả lại, trừ trường hợp:
a) Sản phẩm bạn nhận được không khớp với đơn hàng, căn cứ vào tên, màu sắc, kích cỡ của sản phẩm.
b) Sản phẩm bạn nhận được bị lỗi hoặc bị hư hỏng
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchanges must be made within 07 DAYS since receive date.
- ORIGINAL RECEIPT must be returned in exchange for new receipt
- Items must be in BRAND NEW CONDITION and with original packaging
- Selected item for exchange must be of the same or higher value as the original item being returned
- The purchased items can not be returned and refunded, except:
a) The item you received does not match the order, based on the article name color and size of the item
b) The item you received is defective or damaged
